Rick has been an auctioneer since 1982 and began his real estate career in 2000.  In his first year he was named Rookie of the Year.  His second year he made President's Club.  He has achieved Master's Circle Award since his third year in Real Estate.  He has made Partnership Club of J.P. Ken has 30 years of real estate and auction experience.  His knowledge and experience benfits his clients whether they are selling or buying a home or buying acreage.  He has compassion and desire to make people happy.  Ken lives in Oxford and has been a Sumner County resident for most of his lifetime.  Ken has seven children and six grandchildren.

Although Roxann Taylor recently joined the J.P. Weigand & Sons team, she has been in the banking industry for most of her adult life which will be an asset to serving her clients.

She stays busy with her many civic duties: Winfield Lions Club, Winfield Soroptimist Club and Winfield Area Chamber of Commerce where she maintains a position on each of those boards. She is also a mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters. She is also a member of Crossroads Community Church in Winfield.

Roxann is a lifelong resident of Winfield, where she lives with her husband Mark. Together they have four children and two grandchildren.
